Great plates that are easy to grip and hold. I store them on CAP Barbell 2″ Plate Rack and use them primarily with a 7′ CAP Barbell Solid ECO Bar. There were some imperfections with the paint in a few areas, but really nothing to worry about. The approximate plate diameters are 5.75″ for 2.5lbs, 9.25″ for 10lbs, 11.0″ for 25lbs, 14.0″ for 35lbs, and 16.25″ for 45lbs.

I ordered 6 of these so far (2×25, 2×10, 2×2.5) and my bodyweight scale measured each 25# one as 25.0 lbs on the nose. It’s not a hyper-accurate scale, but it’s relatively accurate to within +- 0.2 lbs. I plan to order 45s, 35s, and 5s to complete my set.

Low quality casting and painting, but for what you are paying these are just fine

Bought two of these in the 5 lb size, two in the 2.5 lb size. The 2.5 pound weights actually weighs 2.53 and 2.59. The 5 lb weights are a lot farther off — 5.29 and 5.49.The casting around the hole is rough, particularly bad on one of them, but all were able to slide onto my Ohio bar. They are ugly, roughly cast and poorly painted, but the actual weight is reasonably close to the advertised weight (especially on the 2.5 size) and they were just a few dollars apiece with free shipping. I cannot complain. I wouldn’t want a whole set of these, but for little fractional sizes they fit the bill exactly.

I clank them together all the time, and the paint holds up well. And they attract themselves to the dense earthen core with about 5 lbs of pressure at sea level. I suspect that it is due to being filled with lots of higgs bosons. I am going to chisel it apart and see if I can find any… but only after I get chiseled myself!

The UPS guy sighs when he sees these. They are standard 45 lb weight plates, and they are easy to grip, easy to load with the handles cut out in the edge of the weight.

Using them well!

These plates are great for using them without a bar. The hole where the bar goes through is a bit huge for the bars I got so I mainly use them for skull crushers, tricep extensions, shrugs and other strength workouts. The plates seem to be well made.

Really good value

After buying a couple plates without the grip holes I will never get ones without them again! Other than that not sure what to say, Im not measuring them for precise weight or anything and they work for what I need!

Picked up 2 of the 2.5 incremental plates. They were about 30% cheaper than local stores and free shipping made it easy. The finish is a little rough on these. I have some older CAP plates that have much nicer finish. That said the weights fit well on my bar. Measured on my cheap shipping scale one came in at 2lb 7 oz, the other at 2lb 6.6 oz. Pretty close, the weight may be off due to the scale but it is fairly repeatable.
