The grips are very comfortable and don’t slip when I use them

The grips are very comfortable and don’t slip when I use them . No lose metal shavings as you grip. Great space saver also . My girlfriend uses it more than I do mostly becuz I already have dumb bells but the grips are wider in my hand and makes usING them very comfortable bucuz mine are more narrow and dig in the palm of my hand. The plastic stands are alittle flimsy but it’s still a very nice space saver and the metal dumb bells are quality made and well thought out…maybe they could work on making a metal holder for these dumb bells . Definately worth the money.

Just what I expected. Acceptable performance at a rock bottom price. Plus I feel Safe using them

After my first round of P90x a lot was left to be desired from resistance band training. I decided for my second round of training I had to up my game. I have been researching adjustable dumb bells for some time now and haven’t found units that have been affordable and safe to use. Some of the exercises I do require the weights to be suspended above my head. As much as I want to be in shape, I don’t want 10 lbs of weights falling on my face. Finally, I found these on sale. Some people had complaints about speed switching and other things, but no safety hazards so I bit the bullet and ordered them. I feel sorry for the Fed-Ex driver who dropped this 100lb anvil on my doorstep. I’ve been using them for 3 weeks and so far they have done a great job and I am satisfied. Changing weights can be cumbersome, I write down all my progress so I know exactly when I need to change weights and make sure I get it prepped as required.

Very handy

I bought these for a friend of mine, and he’s quite pleased with them. I am told that they are quite easy to use, and convenient to store. I own a set of the

I really like this little set, I use it almost every day. One of them sticks a little when I try to move the weight adjustment pin or put it back in the rack, but other than that it has held up well and it’s great little product. I use these almost exclusively for dumbbell exercises. They don’t take up much space so they’re easy to store.

Nice!

I got this for my husband’s birthday and he absolutely loves it…the only thing to note is that this is only 1 dumbell and I was mistaken when I originally ordered and thought it was 2..I did not research properly or I would have seen that the price was way too low if I were ordering 2 of them. So my husband is going to order the other one because he says the quality and make of these is beyond reproach. He really likes them and we will definitely get our money’s worth.

Easy to use, but would benefit from option to add 5 pound increment

I’ve been using these weights for the past 6 months and they are good quality and reasonably easy to change the weight. My biggest gripe is that there isn’t a 5-pound increment. You can always add five pounds to one side of the dumbbell, but it then becomes awkward to use it (consider that at 35# you would have 50% more weight on one side 15 v 10 + 10 for dumbbell).

These are my first set of adjustables and I can’t really imagine anything being easier to use or more ergonomic for what they are supposed to do. I did wipe down all the inner workings with wd40 so it would slide easier. I am 6’4″ and have very long arms so it seems like they were meant for me but I could imagine if you had short arms they might seem cumbersome. Like anything with moving parts I worry about the durability so I use them carefully. If they last 4 years I’ll be happy because I can’t stand the disgusting people at the gym anymore. It’s like thug nation.
