		<description>When trying to build strength, such as with the kettlebells, I would suggest every other day. Your body needs time to recover to repair the muscles. 

On the off days I would work cardio hard to build endurance, because as you know, mma really takes it out of you and once you gas, you&#039;re had.</description>
